Declare all the lions in Chobe NP, Okavango Delta, Moremi Game Reserve, Mashatu, and Central Kalahari as protected under Botswanan law

Lions have no legal protection in Botswana. There are only an estimated 1,200 remaining in the country. They definitely should be given legal protections.
