"The Baylor Frat Boy" plea is only the tip of the iceberg of corruption in Waco, Texas, we had TWIN PEAKS, where 9 people died and there are still no answers, people here are threatened, bribed, they go to law enforcement but nothing happens. You have to be brave here just to report a crime! The solution is a full blown Federal Investigation into corruption in McLennan County.
