Build water conduit on federal interstate right of way in every state & give USA workers all kinds of jobs

The USA interstate highway network already owns the property on which I propose they approve a plan to lay huge water transfer conduits, and build cisterns so that eliminates property acquisition costs entirely.

Each state could provide all kinds of jobs from secretaries to surveyors to trenchmen, etc., and increase all kinds of manufacturing jobs from uniforms to concrete pipes to truckers.

That system could carry flood water to places parched and fire ravaged and help build cities in the deserts.

It doesn't matter what political party you're affiliated with. This is for the future of America. It will provide American jobs for the 10-20 years it takes to finish and provide our children's children with water when and where they need it and flood relief too.

It's a win-win-win solution to a lot of America's socio-economic-environmental problems.
