Ban the sale and consumption of cat and dog meat in Thailand. Make it illegal to kill cats and dogs to eat.

HM King Bhumiphol has expressed a wish on his 79th birthday that this year mercy and compassion be given to all animals, especially his beloved street dogs. Please make a law to protect our companion animals as a gift to HM for his 80th birthday 5 Dec. 2007.
