A petition to Kestah to implement a forum badge for those members who have completed the in game leadership directive.

A big part of the AOD outfit is leading platoons. Experienced members in AOD teach inexperienced members to lead all the time. While some do not prefer to lead, many AOD members do as well. This badge will act like an award to spur members to platoon lead more, and get a very sexy helmet. (Also reward those who already have it)

This badge will commemorate those few individuals who go above and beyond the call to lead by completing the in game directives for leadership.
