Death and neglect of Aminals that were in the care of Terry Baxter from Columbus, Indiana

What we would like to see is for Terry Baxter to lose any right to owning or caring for any animal's since several animals were rescued from Terry Baxter's residence in May of 2006. There were horses  that were dead and decaying on the property from malnutrition and neglect.  He had been convicted of this same crime in 1994 and 1998 but he still managed to abuse and neglect more animals. Please help to put a stop to this!
