Stop the Unfair banning on Dog just because of Breed

We need to stop punishing the dogs for the mistakes of the humans.  We have created these breed for our own vanity and know that we no longer need them or can no longer control them we just find it easier to bann and destroy them then to properly care for them.  We need to make it harder for the people who are mistreating these animals to be able to get ahold of them and have stricter punishment for those who willfully mistreat and neglect the animals that cause the animal to become agressive.  We need to stop discriminating against breeds of dogs because of there apperance and their breed background.  WE need to help educate people about bringing an dog of any breed into a family and the proper care to make sure that the animal is a loving member of the family.
