Stop Sexual Misconduct

It has come to my attention that the Rafferty’s Bar and Grill Corporation is lacking a policy on management dating or having sexual relations with employees. We feel that the lack of such a policy leads to sexual harassment and unethical conduct by both management and employees. Per this petition and at the request of each of the supporters listed herein, we request the establishment of a company wide policy banning intimate managerial and employee relationships.
