9/11 Truth: WTC-7 Investigation

9/11 Truth and WTC-7 (Proposal):
"The Truth of 9/11 is along the lines of surveillance/inside information, which led to Knowing It Was Coming.  Then, the latter was followed up with covert actions that would Enhance the Outcome.  Standing Down (just long enough) during the occurrence further assured a guarantee of success."  In light of evidence supporting the quoted view, a new, Independent, investigation is clearly needed (and wholly warranted).
