RECORDING ALL INTERACTION DURING DCF INVESTIGATIONS BE MADE MANDATORY

This petition has been drawn into existence to eradicate the "HEAR SAY" accusations that the Department of Children and Families commonly use as tactics to build abuse cases against innocent families across the state of Massachusetts, and possibly the U.S.  I, myself, am a victim of the unorthodox practices of DCF. Even when you call yourself cooperating with the caseworkers; they manipulate your words and actions while distorting your context. There currently is no concrete method of obtaining information received by the caseworkers; other than what is "written" down. This petition is to make it so that RECORDING ALL INTERACTION DURING DCF INVESTIGATIONS IS TO BE MADE MANDATORY. This is necessary so that NOTHING is EVER misinterpreted and only the fairness can seek the truth.
We demand that when caseworkers interview anyone that is involved in a 51A investigation, it be mandated to record all conversations and reports. This is to eliminate any chances of misinterpretation or false documentation. We demand this to protect the rights of the wrongfully accused.
