Domestic Partnership rights Equal by law to marriage rights

After 3 states instituted support for same-sex marriages, States across the country (Florida, California, Arizona, Montana) have propositions to ban same-sex marriages. The bans will continue. Instead of breaking through the religious right, go around. Pass laws transferring all the rights bestowed on married people to couples in domestic partnerships, making the two categories equal.
