Urge the UK Government to Address McPherson's Report of Institututional Racism in the Met.

Since the McPherson's Report after Stephen Lawrence's murder in '93 stating that the Metropolitan Police was Institutionally Racist, this fact has largely been ignored.Instead a unit has been formed (Trident) specialising in so-called "black on black" gun crime, perfect platform for aforementioned racist tendencies to be acted on. While ignoring "white on black" crimes where perpetrators are usually the Met as is potentially the case with "Smiley Culture" and Mark Duggan. In the meantime  McPherson's Report is swept under the carpet or simply ignored.Time to address the findings to help bring about less deadly interactions between young black youths and the Met.
