We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to Agree that if a Cancer Drug works, then it should be freely available on the NHS.
%u201CGod forbid, but if you found out that a member of your family had Cancer and there was treatment available but not on the NHS, what would you do? Try to imagine the anguish this causes to thousands of families throughout the country knowing that there is something that could be done but not on the NHS. Yes, the latest drugs are very expensive, but they should be freely available if the Oncologist thinks that it may work. Even if the treatment works for only a month or two, it is still worth it as every day counts for a Cancer patient.%u201D
