CAT PROTECTION AND EDUCATION FOR NORTHERN MAINE, USA

We need better laws and fines in Northern Maine. Cats are thrown out of their homes by the owners and left to be hungry, cold and even killed in the wild here. I have already saved four cats because of irresponsible owners. Cats do not belong outside here! Cats belong inside having a good life NOT sleeping on my back porch because owners couldn't care less. A few weeks ago I had to sit here and listen also to something killing a cat!!! TAKE CARE OF YOUR PETS OR DO NOT HAVE PETS!!! Keep your animals INSIDE! We need so much education and ethics here in Northern Maine. STOP HURTING CATS MAINE USA!! I already own four because of your negligence! I can't keep taking in pets because you do not care nor wish to make better laws to protect helpless animals!
