COURTS WONT LISTEN

while visiting some old friends that moved almost 2 years ago. this weekend i run into 2 of my ex-girlfriends family members she had a baby girl NOV,16 of last year i guess my name is on her papers the other guy that was got tested he is not the father the adoption worker told my mother that i was on her paper but they wont hear or listen to what is going on tried fileing to stop it and get custody of her the adoption worker told my mother that it was to late i have no rights and that i am wasting my time my mother then asked if she was going to tell the foster parents that her father is looking for and she said OH GOD NO,i cant do that she has been with them for 8 months you know what that would do to them im being over looked i have rights in this case they wont give me any information i want the adoption stopped.
