Desecration of American Indian Burial grounds

Walmart has desecrated/destroyed a number of American Indian burial grounds, and not only that but Civil War heritage grounds as well.  I simply ask that the Ceo of Walmart's and the politicians that allowed such an atrocity to happen be held accountable for their actions. And in the future, any one that would desecrate /destoy any burial spot.
By being held accountable, I mean criminal prosecution of all involved in this atrocity.  Bring them to court and order them to restore the burial grounds to their original condition, even if this means relocating their stores somewhere else. The politicians involved in this should be made to share in the cost of this restoration. A price freeze should be enabled so that Walmart cannot "pass on" the losses to their customers. This was their soul fault and should be their soul responsibility.
How would you act if someone destroyed your families burial place? Walmart is not above the law simply because they have a lot of money. Make them spend that "lot of money" restoring what they destroyed.  This is more than just an act of indiscretion, this is an attack on the human morality as a whole. Should this go unpunished, what is to stop the next person from destroying a cemetery, or destroying a national landmark because they need room for a department store, or a minimall, or what ever else would fancy their minds.  I feel the only way to stop such foolishness as this is to criminally prosecute all involved. Make an example of them, that this type of careless, thoughtless, indecent activity will not be tolerated.
This is not so much an attack against the American Indian alone, as it is an attack against the American integrity as a whole. America is a land of freedom, honest human values, and integrity. Let us see that it stays that way.  Do not let Walmart or any other big name buisness get away with such indecent action.  They must be held accountable for their actions.
Dear President Barack Obama,
We the undersigned, do respectfully ask that you hold Walmart and all other people and or agencies involved in this deplorable action responsible for their inconsiderate irresponsible acts against the people of the United States. This is not just an attack against the American Indian, but against the United States as a whole. Left unchecked, unpunished, what will it tell other organizations/agencies about this type of degredation? "Oh it is O K, our anscestorial history means nothing to us" What would you do if someone or some company destoyed your families burial site just so they could erect a store of some kind?  Left unchecked, what will be the next target of these kind of people?  Arlington Field? The Vietnam Veterans War Memorial?  I know that sounds a little radical, but they have already tried to do this with the Civil War memorial grounds. What is to stop them if they are allowed to continue?
We thank you for the time you have taken out of your busy shcedule to read this letter, and we thank you for your consideration and action in this cause. We have sent this letter to you, knowing that you are the one person in the United States that could really make an impact on this issue, and bring about a change to this kind of replorable action.
Again we thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
