The Exchange at Brier Creek 24-Hr Clubhouse Access

We, the undersigned residents of The Exchange at Brier Creek, have become increasingly frustrated with the scaling back of office hours associated with the clubhouse. As it stands, there are only two days out of seven where clubhouse hours extend past 6pm making it difficult for those of us who work past 5:30pm on weekdays to take advantage of the amenities our rent subsidizes. While we appreciate having use of said amenities, we do not feel it is fair to limit our access when the area is key-fob accessible. Additionally, the amenities are the reason many of us chose The Exchange over your competitors. Many feel that they are not getting what they paid for, especially considering the fact that some neighboring competing complexes offer 24-hour access for either their clubhouse, pool or both.

We are understanding of the current economic situation, however, we are also aware of your recent successes in increasing overall occupancy. While we do not claim to know all that is entailed, we can reasonably assume that the only additional expense would be related to the installation of security cameras as the clubhouse doors are already fitted with key-fob detectors.

We hereby petition Flaherty & Collins Properties to increase clubhouse access to 24 hours so that residents may enjoy the amenities for which we are already paying a premium.
