GET OUT OF MY WAY DUDE !
Those were the good old days when the only places where bikers were seen was at parks and neighberhhood side streets, and the only ones a motorist had to worry about not hitting were the CARRIERS. But the last 3 years has gotten so ridiculous, specially in the morning and evenning rush hours, going in and out of downtown Chicago, they're all around you. they seem to be very confident in knowing that no one would really want to hit them, many cry out that motorist are very rude to them, maybe because of the following reasons; ***They never stay in their lane***they rarely signal if the are going to make a turn***Or cross over ***they're supposed to have the same rules and regulations as motorist, yet when they come to a stop sign or a red ligth, most of them keep going.***A lot of them use their cells while riding their bikes, yet not one has ever been given a ticket for this.
So, that leaves us , the motorist to cope with their ignorance, arrogance and stupidity.
so far, they haven't been allowed on the expressways, I WONDER WHY ?
They have pasted many ' GHOST BIKES " , on the spot where many have been killed by motorist. That's very touching, but they don't post that the biker cut in front of the car/truck without any warning. Gov. Quinn, please make a law that ONLY ALLOWS BIKES IN PARKS AND SIDE NEIGHBERHOODS, THE WAY IT USED TO BE.
DEAR SIR;
IT'S NOT A CASE OF SHARING THE ROAD , 90% OF THE BIKERS DON'T DO WHAT TEHY ARE SUPPOSE TO DO. PLEASE MAKE IL. SAFER, AND TAKES BIKERS OFF THE MAIN STREETS. THIS WILL ALSO BOOST UP TRANSIT REVENUES, AT A TIME WHEN CTA'S CRYING A HUGE DEFICIT. THANK YOU KINDLY
