Good Lord! its time to Act

Sir,The deliberate and disgraceful treatment towards disabled tenants of Amicus Horizon Housing association in Hastings has been going on for many years and no one in authority has had the courage to challenge it.
Hastings police persisently refuse to accept complaints of a criminal nature, they refuse evidence and have even acted in a way that allows evidence to disappear or be altered. They frequently at against the victims rather than the perpetrators of these offences which  range from anti social behaviour by the Housing Association or threats, criminal damage, neglect, theft, perverting the course of justice.
We attempted to issue a Summons against the Hastings Police for a month but each time the court refused to accept our application. After a complaint was received from another court Hastings county court finally accepted our application Case Number IHS00636 but one month later they continue to refuse to issue the summons.
The treatment that "Disabled" tenants have been subjected to by Amicus Horizon Housing Association and Hastings Police over the past 5 years is disgraceful and all of the undersigned appeal to you to investigate these complaints and give us the right to live in a community where our police obey the law and work by the rules that we should all have the right to live by.
