Help me clean up a mountain road eyesore

I live in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. Everywhere you look there are breathtaking landscapes. However, whenever I go to visit my mother, I have to drive by the most hideous site. My mother lives on a very nice winding mountain road filled with flowers and fields of wild animals. This road is also home to a very unsightly junk yard. Not even a lisenced junk yard. Just a single man that chooses to pile up any old clunker he can find and park it infront of his house. He even parks them on the side of the road leading up to and away from his property, leaving the cars dangerously close to traveling cars.
My wish is to have enough people sign this petition so that I can send it to my mayor and have this unnessasary and unsightly junk removed from the beautiful moutnain road. No one wants to go out for a nice sunday drive and pass miles of nasty junk. Help me help the Earth by signing this petition and getting rid of this junk yard. THANK YOU!!
We the undersigned think the site of all the junk of Double Island Road in NC is despicable and unnessasary. There is no need for all this useless junk to be polluting the earth with its oil and gas leaking out of the vehicles. Not only is this bad for the earth, it is very unsightly. We hope with this petition will convince you to do something about this terrible sight. Help us help the planet. Clean up the junk.
