Kellina Nesbeth was dismissed from her position as a Sparks L.I.T. at Westside Baptist Church for the reason of not having the exact beliefs of Westside. Kellina feels this is unfair as she has done an excellent job as an L.I.T. for the past 7 months, with no problems arising from the difference in beliefs. Also Kellina's beliefs only differ on the means of salvation and Kellina said she would refer the Sparks to you or another member of Westside if they ever asked a question about salvation.

We, the undersigned urge you to reconsider your decision to dismiss Kellina Nesbeth from her position as a Sparks L.I.T. in the Awana program. We ask that she at least be allowed to finish out the Awana term this year.
