KEEP CATS INDOORS!

It breaks my heart to see so many homeless cats wondering the streets homeless. Laws need to be passed to protect Cats! Pet owners must be forced to care for their pets or they shouldn't have pets at all! I now have FIVE cats and have never been to a pet store. There are other homeless cats out there and something needs to be done! Cats need rights! Please sign this and spread the word to others to please keep all cats indoors! Write to your congressmen so we can get stricter laws to protect them. They are homeless, hungry, cold, covered with bugs! NO BEINGS SHOULD BE SUFFERING LIKE THIS!  We need to take action so people will care for them or think twice about getting them!! It's so easy to get cats and toss them outside and this is WHY they are neglected!! If there were laws against this it wouldn't be happening. There are NO wild dogs here in america that I know of and cats need the SAME protections as dogs! 
PLEASE WRITE OR CALL YOUR CONGRESSMEN!!! WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING TO HELP THEM GET THE SAME RIGHTS THAT DOGS HAVE. Signing this will help educate but actions need to be taken! PLEASE CALL REPRESENTATIVES IN YOUR STATE IN AMERICA. THE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO BE PUSHED TO DO SOMETHING!
