Label lillies as deadly to cats

Hi,
In April last year I recieved some beautilful lillies for my birthday. I had no idea that lillies are deadly to cats and there was no warning on the flowers themselves. The next day my beloved cat Kayla couldn't see and could hardly walk. I took her to the vets and was told there was nothing they could do for her apart from put her to sleep. It not only broke my heart but my daughters who Kayla slept with at night. The vet said it was a poison or pollen that had caused this, then I looked into lillies and found more cases with the same results as Kayla, all because of lillies. ANY flowers that could be harmful to pets o children should be CLEARLY stated. This didn't need to happen. If coffe can be labled as hot and packets of nuts come the warning "may contain nuts" why cant the less obvious be stated also.
