Legal Rights Of Rescue Groups & Shelters Should Be Enforced

This petition is to help all rescues and shelters with their legal rights. Any adopting family / person should know that when they sign a contract that is enforcable by civil laws, that that does not give them (the adopter) the right to give that animal away to someone that is not listed on the contract. The rescues and shelters can take the adopter to court if they feel that their contract has been broken.
