Allow the owning of capuchin monkeys to be legal in Kentucky.

I live in Kentucky and I know it doesnt stop people from having one, but I am really wanting it to be legal to own Capuchin Monkeys here in Kentucky.  Please help me get this available to all Kentuckians.  You sign here and I will sign your petitions I promise.

We the undersigned are really wanting to be able to have Capuchin Monkeys legal here in Kentucky.  Please help us, because I think that it would be a great thing and not everyone is gonna breed them.  Everyone signing this will take good care of them and not abuse these animals.  Thanks for reading this letter and I hope you have a wonderful day.
