Our Helpless Pets Are Not Safe In Our Home Towns!

Stop the killing of animals in our neighborhoods,  locals area killings of  animals and being allowed to get away with this crime against animals. These people who act in this way to kill a helpless animal, who are not even being prosecuted, should be jailed and not ignored by our politicians and our state attorneys. Please sign this petition and let this  be known that this is happening and nothing is being done to stop this type of killing
These horrific acts are supposed to  be prosecuted and  this type of horried killing is going on daily on our streets in America.. STop the Violence Against Animals.. Now.. Please respond to this petition I have intesified my petition due to the fact that my friends cat was killed by a local neighbor, and nothing is being done to prosecute this person or  type of killing of her animal. How is this possible This is America?
