Remove Charms and Extenders in PvP KQ

This petition is created to support the act of removing charms and extenders while in PvP KQ in Fiesta Online.  The reasoning behind this is the fact that it gives an unfair advantage over those who do not charm.  With this it removes the idea of who has the most skill, and turns it towards those who spend more money on CS items.
