Skyer Jefferson Moore is wrongfully convicted of murder and has been sentence to life in prison without the possibility of parole along with many other wrongful convictions.Help us put a end to police brutality,miscarriages of justice,hunger for convictions that leads to prosecutors covering up evidence that could prove the innocent.We have been pushing for a retrial and our voices are not being heard.We need your voice to help us fight for justice.Help us to educate the families of the true victims to deepen understanding of all aspects of the problem.Support us to promote specific reforms and to assist attorneys with clients who are wrongfully convicted.Recording interrogations is the best protection against false confessions.It is critically important that we know precisely what occurs during the course of police interrogations of criminal suspects to protect the innocent from false convictions and the police from false accusations of misconduct.Improving these procedures will simultaneously decrease the rate of wronful conviction and increase our ability to convict those who are truly guilty.I did some research and found that 14% were in after mistaken identity and misconduct by forensic experts.9% were mentally retarded or borderline retarded and confessed after being tricked or coerced by authorities.Some were picked up by police because they were known to police and many of the clients had never been in trouble before.Two-thirds were convicted with mistaken testimony from victims and eyewitnesses.These people who do come out of the nightmare are often very,very severely damaged human beings who often do not ever fully recover.The men that do come out of the nightmare find themselves in a new world where they carry few up to date job skills,limited education, become bitter and hurt or angry.For many being set free doesn't mean freedom.These innocent people is deprived of life,liberty and the opportunity to contribute to society.You can help us by just spreading the message!
