Stop 60's-Type discrimination in the work place now!!!
Employment Laws are strong, but not strong enough. My daughter, your daughter, possibly, your sister, your aunt, your mother are still living in a society where women are discriminated against. Laws need to be stricter and language more concise. If a company is aware of discrimination in the work place and they do nothing about it, then stricter punishments need to prevail!!! Please help!! I should know I was such a victim!! Large corporations do not care about the little person!!
Too many companies out there are trying "for the sake of downsizing " to just cast out anyone from the workplace without any sense of loyalty. Companies used to be loyal, no longer. The gross travesty of justice is when companies still discriminate as if in the 1960's operation mode!!! Often women will be too scared to come forward. We need to urge congress to enforce stricter discrimination and workplace harassment laws as well as enforce stricter punishments for companies who know about it and do not do anything!! Yes, think of your daughter and every female you have ever cared about!!! Won't you take just a second and sign?? Please help:
