stop the sewers expansion because its scaring our animals out of their natural habitat!

 Lake Havasu City has decided to start a 450 million dollar sewer project in our small town they say to keep the rivers clean, but in doing so they are costing residents exorbitant money in taxes and fees to do this AND the residents were not given an option it was made mandatory to all residents or their water would be shut off if you tried to say no or fight it! AND the coyotes are coming down into our yards and out of the desert as they are chased away from their habitat by the construction.  They have harmed dogs and cats and other pets. 
I would like this position signed to stop the sewer expansion, save our residents. thank you!!!
