Stop Verde Panther Creek Apartment Complex
The construction is under way to build Verde Panther Creek Apartments. This complex will consist of 295 units and over 1200 parking spaces. The traffic will spill out onto Marchant and Panther Creek roads. Help us stop this traffic nightmare and the depreciation of our neighborhood. We aim to prevent this new construction eye sore from causing crime rate to rise as well. We do not want this to be the focal point of our neighborhood instead of the tranquility that currently exists.
We the undersigned wish the construction of Verde Panther Creek Apartment Complex to be stopped. Our neighborhood is very safe and tranquil and we hope you understand that we have the interests of our families and children at heart. The increased traffic that your complex would cause is not only inconvenient, but also potentially dangerous to the many children that play on these grounds. We are worried that with increased population there will be an increase in crime and that our home values will plummet. Please take our plea very seriously and thank you for taking the time to read our letter.
