Ziploc: Make Plastic Bags More Sustainable

Tell Ziploc to make to make its Evolve line of plastic bags more environmentally sustainable and to make this product the standard plastic bag. While the use of plastic bags should be discouraged, they are unavoidable in some situations, and many household will continue to use them regardless of their environmental impact.
Ziploc should make these bags more sustainable by:
1. Using 100% renewable energy for the manufacture of the bags
2. Using 100% post-consumer content in the paperboard carton
3. Further reducing the amount of plastic necessary to make the bag
4. Further refining the manufacturing process to make it more efficient
5. Using plant-based biodegradable plastics for the manufacture of the bag
6. Becoming a zero waste facility
Additionally, Ziploc should eliminate its mainline plastic bags and only offer the updated Evolve version.
We the undersigned ask that Ziploc take action to become a company that supports more sustainable plastic bags. The Evolve line of bags is a step in the right direction, but we believe that this brand should be refined in the following ways:
1. Using 100% renewable energy for the manufacture of the bags

3. Further reducing the amount of plastic necessary to make the bag
4. Further refining the manufacturing process to make it more efficient
