Demand an end to exploitation of non immigrants by Infosys

Even if you do your job well, you are never going to get a high-performance rating at Infosys. As for Infosys, they say:-
"If you did your job, you met your expectations".
"You get high rating only if you exceed expectations by working extra and overtime"
But wait do you get paid overtime, even if you are a non-exempt employee??
NO, you NEVER get paid Overtime as the client don't pay for overtime.
Infosys pushes their employees to work overtime to get a high-performance rating but never get the reward.
This illegal exploitation of Infosys should end!
