We need: A working, effective legislative appeals process with teeth.
Accusations of clinical file tampering is legendary, and so is coercion to stop complaints. Psychiatrists illegally mislead the Mental Health Tribunal hearings to sway outcomes for patients in their favor. So here's the score sheet:

They all know what I'm saying, My son remains well, but when I complain about shoddy and dangerous treatment and file tampering, the response is: his Community Treating Order (forced injections) are extended another year on spurious grounds. The mental health service invented a fictitious diagnosis, with no available paper work, and caused enormous harm. Practitioners outside the service try to help, but are blocked. We need real legislation to fix this.
