Petition to Remove Jennifer Simpson as CEO of Delcath Systems

In the time Jennifer Simpson has been CEO of Delcath Systems, the stock price has plummeted from over $500 per share down to a mere $.01; and currently sits under $.08. Shares have been fully diluted to 500 million shares, even after several reverse splits were implemented. In the past three months, TWO reverse splits have been voted down by shareholders, only to see Ms. Simpson use some clever legal maneuvering to implement a new reverse split WEEKS LATER without shareholder approval. Ms. Simpson has shown a blatant disregard to shareholders and her fiduciary duty, and needs to be removed from her position as CEO as soon as possible.
