Stop the unreasonable use of Force in the County jail against pretrial detainee's !!!

The City I was suing in District Court retaliated against me (Case No. 30-2016-00893443) by
placing me in custody, the officer told the deputy's some things to get them to apply deliberate indifference and punish me with physical abuse. I brought a claim to the district court, now it must be appealed in order to establish what the Supreme court's position on this liability issue stands as a matter of law. See City of Canton,489 U.S. at 396.
