Abolishing Qualified Immunity in Wisconsin

For years our civil and constitutional liberties have slowly been arroaded from us. Law enforcement as well as many governmental organizations have violated our constitutional rights because they have Qualified Immunity which prevents them from being held accountable legally or financially for their illegal acts . Such as illegal stops, false arrests, lying in court, battery, false imprisonment, illegal search and seizures as well as many others. We the people need to stand up against this bullying and corruption and demand change.
Many want to just defend the police departments but all that does is hurt good law enforcement agencies and will take away from proper training and much needed equipment. The change needs to have it so police and law enforcement agencies are help responsible for bad officers violating peoples constitutional and civil liberties. By taking away qualified immunity that would then put directly on the police force, government and law enforcement offices and you can bet if sued would change policy.
