Brooke County Board of Education Should Keep Mrs. Amanda Schey!

The Brooke County Board of Education elected to pass on keeping an outstanding teacher like Mrs. Schey simply based on other teachers having more seniority. She is a PHENOMENAL teacher who truly cares about the children.She goes above and beyond for the kids. She is actually a teacher who teaches BECAUSE SHE LOVES TO TEACH!
That is the kind of teacher that the parents of children in Brooke county want teaching their kids.
Keeping other teachers who may do an "ok" job just because they have been teaching in the district longer is not fair! Should we not reward those who do their very best? Isn't this the example that should be set for the children? Do your best to succeed, or do you want them to learn that being mediocre and sticking it out will lead to success?
