PLEDGE FOR FUNDS FROM GKP SHAREHOLDERS TO APPOINT A LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE

Objective of petition 2 :

P.S - PLEASE STATE THE AMOUNT THAT YOU WISH TO PLEDGE

1. Reveal the bondholders identity.
2. Pledge for funds to appoint a solicitor so that same can issue a letter to convene an EGM in London
3. Arrange for payment of funds to solicitor’s account.
4. Solicitor will require petitioners to confirm holdings and address so that we can prove to the company that it is genuine holder’s requesting the EGM.
5. Address some of the shareholders questions that have been posted on websites.

6.0 Appoint a Barister to assess if the officers of GKP (past and present) performed their fiduciary duties and assess if actions taken by the Board were prejudicial to shareholders interest

DEAR PETITIONERS,

Few petitioners have not stated the amount that they are pledging . Without statting the amount we would not know whether we have sufficient funds to go ahead .Experienced lawyers are expensive! Thanks for your support. Please help by continuously copying the link to other sites 24/7.
