Demand an End to Working While Menstruating !

I am concerned about the health of me and other women in the world that are young and middle age that have to go to work for the first few days of their menstrual and may not be able to call out or leave work early due to the jobs policy when starting a new job and i don’t think that it’s fair for a women to be written up for something they can not control and this has happen to me and many other young women that i know who loves our job but feel threatened when having to call out when menstruating . I’ve had to work so long and so many days after menstruating that I’ve had accidents from work on my clothes and i don’t feel any women should have to deal with that. Women when menstruating should not have to stand 8 or more hours in a day they should be able to stay home twice each month for menstruating and not have to face any termination for not being able to make it to work because of something they naturally can not control!
