ESD (Emotional Support Dog's) to be recconisged in the UK

The UK unlike the USA does not yet recognise Emotional Support Dogs as service animals, I feel like the importance of this matter is rather severe. ESD's are put in place as a form of therapy to help sooth the symptons of unseen health issues, for example people who suffer with depression and have higher suicidal tendences than other people will normally feel alone and isolated during their episodes even if they are surrounded by people, an ESD would be put in place to help comfort and spend time with their owners, this can be extremly useful for people who also live alone, however I don't believe ESD's should be handed out to anyone who shows minute signs of mental health issues, although I do believe people who suffer with severe mental health issues such as schizophrenia, Pyshcosis or Bipolar disorders they should be, this can be helpful especially when feeling alone and/or confused, ESD's require constant care from birth till death all being apart of the therapy for those who require an ESD, they stimulate the brain and encourage their owners to be on the go this help stops the owner from isolating themselves from other people and who care for the wellbeing of these people, this can help ground a person who is having a pyschotic episode, part of the acceptence of ESD's being a service dog should mean they should be allowed in places other service dogs would be allowed. Under the law service dogs are put in place for people with pyschical disabiltys I believe it is time to recognise that unseeable disabilitys also exist and things should be put in place to support this.
