School arrival times for small children

I am Haralson County High school student who is very concerned with with the arrival times at Tallapoosa Primary school because the primary kids have to be at school at 7:15 am elementary school is 7:30am and the high school and middle school is 8:30am smaller kids need more rest and having to be at school so early they are still half asleep therefore can not learn I have a nephew and a cousin that go to Tallapoosa Primary school and they are always bringing notes home they fell asleep I believe e it is because how early they have to get up and when you have 15 and sometimes more kids that are late every morning and starting other schools an hour after the primary schools is asking way too much of kids at this age SO PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION SO WE CAN AT LEAST ALLOW PRIMARY STUDENTS TO GO TO SCHOOL LATER because there is obviously something with the Haralson County Schools arrival times
