Ban Texting and Driving for All Ages!

  A bill has been passed in Indiana that prohibits drivers who are 18 and  under from texting and driving. However, texting and driving is a threat no matter what age the driver is. Indiana needs to fix their bill, and place a ban on cellphone usage for all residents, rather than just teens!
