Lift the Ban on Restraining Orders Against Minors

Restraining orders are a common way to get away from someone who is hurting you.  However, sometimes this is not an option.  There is a ban on restraining orders against minors.  Why?  I have talked to many people, and none of them can think of a single legitimate reason.
I know many people who are victims of harassment, and I myself am a victim.  I am asking you, for the sake of teens everywhere, to sign this petition and help lift the ban.
