repeal the tn law requiring a parent/guardian or relative to stay for child's

please remove the Tn law mandating that a parent/guardian a=or relatives having to stay with minor child for length of hospital stay.most families out of necessity have to have 2 paychecks to survive in this economy .some families have more than one child to care for also.if they would remove the current days of a child being absent from school from 3 absences for a 6 week period to when the child ids actually well enough to return[like in the good old days when we were kids] there would be less hospital stays needed.our grandaughter is healthy all summer,we are 3 weeks into the school year and she gas had the flu and now a bad cold.the school boards should remove this and allow a child to recuperate for as long as it takes -then there would be alot fewer children requiring a hospital stay in the first place......
