1.) PURPOSE
:a.)To request each state of the union to call for a constitutional convention, in order to amend the constitution reflecting the removal and invalidation of the sixteenth (16th) amendment (payroll tax).

2.) To establish and affirm that any and all taxation shall be at the discretion of each state.
