Stop Insurance companies from taking advantage of you

I was recently the victim of a Farmers Insurance claim, where they took advantage of me because I did not have a lawyer.

I want a law put into effect that requires all insurance companies to send a simple in plain english form to everyone that has a claim that explains your time limits, when and how your claim get paid and what you are entitled to for your time, injuries and pain and suffering.

I also want a law in effect that give you the consumer and victim the right to revoke any settlement  you signed if your were not informed of all rights or were mislead or tricked into signing. 

Its time to stop the large corporations from taking advantage of us.
