Make Econ Productive Again

Each morning, students file into Brett Kirkpatrick's first-period economics class. They take their seats and prepare to learn from one of greatest minds at Donegal. However, as soon as an even remotely remote topic is ever so slightly touched, the abrasive voice of a certain Frank Schaffer deafens the entire class. Frank is a disruptive member of the class and has continuously been causing issues. His tangents frequently lead the class into an uncontrollable spiral of nonsensical and pointless discussion. Mr. Kirkpatrick, we the people of your Spring of 2017 Economics class hereby request that, from this day hence, Frank Schaffer's ability to join the class discussion should be limited to a maximum of two comments per class period.
