CNN has announced that they would be hosting Donald Trump's disgraced vice-president Mike Pence for a "town hall" on November 16th.
Why Mike Pence should get a town hall or who he would be ostensibly addressing is unclear, since he does not currently hold elected office of any kind or have any actual job beyond being a "visiting fellow" (cushy welfare paycheck) at the Heritage Foundation, the necropolis of right-wing political extremism.
Tell CNN to stop giving soapboxes to Trump-enabling traitors!
Even though Trump's minions wanted to execute him on January 6th, Mike Pence still refuses to directly condemn Donald Trump, won't promise to not support him in 2024 and even bragged that they differ on "focus, but not the issues."
To make matters worse, he's one of most virulent homophobes and anti-abortion misogynists in the country, to the point where he won't be alone in the same room as a woman who isn't his wife. CNN and its new right-wing owner is clearly trying to turn the network into Fox News Lite with these kinds of stunts, and we don't need to give Pence any more screen time — ever.
