Please help my Fiance

My fiance Walter has some medical issues that he is not getting in jail, he needs surgery please sign to help him get out of jail,he needs ankle surgery on his left ankle he has been in a lot of plan and cramping in his ankle,nasal surgery he has real bad headaches that cripple him to shutting him down to having to take a hot shower but in jail that is hard to do sometimes,and back surgery,and needs medical care on his shoulder and neck on his left side he needs a xray, he has numbness in his fingers now and a tingling in his left arm,he got beat down in jail in march and they didn't even send him to the hospital to get a xray, he is in a lot of plan with no medical care just a aspirin and sent on his way. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
